Thank you for considering to have me on board as your Artist. Please take the time to read the below terms and conditions for all bookings.
Opening hours
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday: 7am-7pm Saturday & Sunday 7am-5pm*Any time before 7am incurs an early call out fee- please see fees and other charges below. Working times can be flexible and I try to make sure to accommodate all my clients where possible. Closed on Good Friday and Christmas Day.
Fees and other charges
Travel fees apply from my studio based in Skye, Victoria. This is calculated based on distance and if tolls apply. Parking fees will be paid by the client- this includes street parking, hotel parking and/or car parking.
A surcharge will apply for the following: Evening call out fee $50 every hour after 5pm. Early morning call out $50 every hour before 7am. Public holiday surcharge $50. Bridal Previews are conducted on a Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. If you require a weekend booking time, there is a $50 surcharge and I cannot guarantee that there will be any availability due to weddings being a priority.
Deposits
Bridal Previews and Special Occasion services require a $50 deposit prior to service. Bridal bookings require a $150.00 deposit to lock in booking. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. All deposits will be withheld if there is a cancellation. All deposits will be deducted from full amount on final invoice.
Payment options
GST is not included in the prices- to be added to invoice. All invoices will be sent via email address provided once all bookings are confirmed. Payments can be made via bank transfer to the below account:

Please add your name in the description when making payment. Online payments must be paid minimum of 24 hours prior to services commencing. If cash payment is preferred, all monies must be paid on the day prior to services commencing. Square Pay available- $3.00 surcharge applies. All prices listed are subject to change at any time.
Privacy Policy
All personal information collected by Hary May will not be given to any other third parties without consent of the client. All images taken by Hary May remain the property of Hary May and can be used for all marketing materials and social media platforms. Please let Hary May know in writing prior to, if you do not consent to this. If you choose to withhold any information requested by myself or any other artists/stylist that may be assisting on jobs, services can be denied.
Rights and responsibilities
If given information or there is suspect of contagious conditions where-by the artist, client and others are at risk- services may be altered and/or cancelled depending on condition. Hary May cleans and disinfects all tools and equipment after each service. Disposables are used when required and all cream products are decanted to avoid cross contamination. PPE can be requested for safety and if preferred.
