Thank you for considering to have me on board as your Artist. Please take the time to read the below terms and conditions for all bookings.
Mon-Thurs: 6pm-9pm Friday: 9am-4pm Saturday & Sunday: 6am-4pm Working times can be flexible and I try to make sure to accommodate all my clients where possible.
Closed on Good Friday and Christmas Day.
Fees and other charges
Travel fees apply 20km outside from Studio based in Skye, Victoria. This is calculated based on distance and if tolls apply.
Parking fees will be paid by the client- this includes street parking, hotel parking and/or car parking.
A surcharge of 10% of the total cost will apply for the following:
Evening call out fee if working after 5pm.
Early morning call out if working prior to 6am.
If booking falls on a Public holiday
Trial and Special Occasion services require a $50 deposit prior to service.
Bridal services require a $250.00 deposit to lock in booking.
All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
All deposits will be withheld if there is a cancellation.
All deposits will be deducted from full amount on final invoice.
GST is not included in the prices. All invoices will be sent via email address provided once all bookings are confirmed. Payments can be made via bank transfer to the below account:

Please add your name in the description when making payment.
Online payments must be paid minimum of 24 hours prior to services commencing.
If cash payment is preferred, all monies must be paid on the day prior to services commencing.
All prices listed are subject to change at any time.
All personal information collected by Hary May will not be given to any other third parties without consent of the client.
If you choose to withhold any information requested by myself or any other artists that may be assisting on jobs, services can be denied.
Rights and responsibilities
If given information or suspect of contagious conditions whereby the artist, client and others are at risk- services can be altered or cancelled depending on condition.
Hary May cleans and disinfects all tools and equipment after each service. Disposables are used when required and all cream products are decanted to avoid cross contamination. PPE can be requested for safety and if preferred.
